3. HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE FOR A BOOKING?

You can book anytime, however we do get very busy so we recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

4. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

All our domestic hire prices are available on our website. Prices may vary depending on the intended use i.e. home/business or location – Prices on web site are for one day hires for domestic use and may change. We also offer weekend/2 day deals!

5. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We have a huge range of Bouncy castles, Obstacle courses, Slides, inflatable games, Garden games, Rodeo Bulls, Sumo Suits and much much more in all shapes and sizes.

6. WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

The price includes delivery on your chosen day usually between 9am and 1pm. We aim to deliver and collect at a times that suits you. Our collection time in Summer months is from 8pm and in Winter from 6pm.  Our trained staff will set the inflatable up for you on the day and price also includes Blower fan & safety mats. Please note there are some areas, where we do only do full weekend bookings.

7. WHAT SORT OF SURFACE IS REQUIRED FOR THE INFLATABLE?

The surface where you are placing the inflatable needs to be flat, preferably grass and clean with no sharp objects including rocks, steps etc. Inflatables are securely staked on a standard grass surface. Most Inflatables can be used on a hard surface like concrete slabs, astro surface etc – we do however need advance notice of same so as to bring weights to secure inflatable on this surface.

8. DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

We do not generally require a deposit to book an inflatable for domestic use. However for Corporate / Family Day events we do require non- refundable 25% booking deposit in advance.

9. HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay by cash or cheque upon DELIVERY of your inflatable or min of 5 days in advance by Bank Transfer.

10. WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Most of our Inflatables have a built in rain-cover so light showers will not ruin your day. If the weather happens to be too bad you can rebook your inflatable for another day. We would really appreciate 24 hours notice if you are moving date or cancelling due to weather conditions.

11. HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front of your inflatable and a minimum of 3 feet all around. Please make sure are is clear where the inflatable is going.

12. IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE INFLATABLE ARRIVES?

Before your inflatable arrives you need to make sure that the area in which your inflatable is going is clean and clear from any sharp objects. Also please move all furniture (garden furniture, swings, play sets) so as not to cause obstruction. Also may sure the area is clear of any animal foul. Also if we are to use your side entrance access please ensure it is clear of any obstructions ie wheelie bins etc – as this delays delivery of your inflatable and has a knock on effect on other customers that day.

13. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN THAT CAN USE THE INFLATABLE AT ONE TIME?

Yes each castle/slide/obstacle course has a guide printed on the side/front. Our drivers also advise on the capacities of our Inflatables during the safety briefing given on each delivery.

14. ARE YOUR UNITS CLEAN?

Yes. All our Inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

15. CAN YOU DELIVER WITH NO SIDE ENTRANCE AND TAKE CASTLE THROUGH THE HOUSE?

Our smaller units will generally fit through your house. Larger Inflatables will need side entrance access and some require no restrictions at all – ie large slides. Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.

16. ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. We are fully insured for public & product liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied upon request.

17. DO YOU SUPPLY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes we provide detailed Safety Instructions with every hire.

18. DO WE NEED TO SUPPLY POWER POINTS ?

Yes we can supply Generators at an extra cost and upon request. We do require access to standard domestic 3 pin plug points for us to run extension leads from and to the inflatable as all of our blower fans are electric. Each inflatable requires a minimum of one plug point and some larger units require two.

19. ARE YOU VAT REGISTERED?

Yes we are – Inflatable hire are liable for 9% Vat For normal domestic hires we pay the Vat element – For events and corporate days we charge the Vat element on to the customer.

20. DOES THE INFLATABLE NEED TO BE SUPERVISED?

Yes, children need to be supervised while the inflatable is in use – I am afraid it is not a child minder. When you have hired equipment from Dublin Bounce there should be a responsible adult supervising at all times.
